3 Gallon Batch
10 lbs. Honey
3 tsp. Acid Blend
3 tsp. Yeast Nutrient
Sweet Mead Yeast

Use Good Quality Honey
mix honey and water to make 3 gallons. Then heat to 165°-170°
(pasteurization temp.)
for 20 mins.
Do not boil
skim the wax off the top.Cool to 75° add acid blend, nutrient,
stir in vigorously and pitch yeast.
Primary ferment is 3-4 months.@65°-75°
Tranfer to secondary for 6 months. Slosh bottle around once
in awhile to check yeast activity.
It takes almost a year but bottle to soon it will explode.
